Fully Funded Eni Scholarship 2021/2022 for Master’s Study at St Antony’s College, University of Oxford, UK

Scholarship opportunity is open for any eligible candidate from some specific African countries by St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford, in partnership with the integrated energy company Eni. The fully funded study offer will be available for three students from Angola, Ghana, Mozambique, Nigeria or the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazzaville).
In this respect, St. Antony’s College in conjunction with Eni will invest in and strengthen African leadership. And this will in turn raise the intellectual character of the college as they will be privileged to admit up to three of the best African students.
Furthermore, deliberation is in progress as touching provision of incentives and encouragement for Eni Scholars in order to continue their studies or get a gainful employment when they return to their home countries after graduating from Oxford. The concerned will be notified when the plans are concluded.
 Eligibility
Applicants must meet the English language requirement and entry requirements for their respective courses (see the university’s course guide for more information)
Applicants are expected to be resident in Angola, Ghana, Mozambique, Nigeria and the Republic of the Congo (Congo Brazzaville). Preference will be given to applicants whose first degree is from an African university.
Academic merit and proven financial need shall be the basis by which the scholarship will be awarded.
Courses open for application include: Msc African Studies, Msc Economics and Social History, Msc Economics for Development, Msc Global Governance Diplomacy.

The following are the application process:
- After carefully reading all the given information, applicant should proceed to apply online to the University of Oxford, choosing one of the eligible courses as mentioned above.
- He/she must submit the application before the given deadline (check the University’s guidance on application deadlines). He/she must have secured a place on his/her chosen programme of study by the final completion date (2nd March 2021). Though not compulsory, it would help if the applicant select St Antony’s College in the college choice section of the application form.
- Having applied to the University, applicants should please complete the online Eni Scholarship application form which is available at the bottom of this page The deadline for submission of the form is 5pm, UK time, on 2nd March 2021.
Caution:
 Incomplete applications will not be considered for an Eni Scholarship.
Proof of a successful application
Expectedly, any successful candidate should have received email in regards to his/her application by the end of June 2021. If an applicant has not been contacted by then, he/she should please assume that his/her application has not been successful on this occasion.Â
